Organizational model and code of ethics
Since 2006 we have adopted an Organizational Model and a Code of Ethics with the primary objective of meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders through the sharing of a corporate identity that is based on ethical and professional values.
The Organizational Model is based on three cornerstones:
- the consolidation of the ethical and professional values that distinguish us;
- the prohibition of conduct contrary to the values and principles which society intends to promote;
- the sharing of a corporate identity that is recognized in these values and principles.
The Code of Ethics establishes principles applicable to managers, employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers and all those who establish direct or indirect relations with the company, in order to prevent behaviour contrary to the values and principles that society intends to promote.
We are committed to promoting respect for the person in his or her physical and moral integrity by offering equal opportunities for work, training and professional development, and by disregarding all demeaning, abusive or vexatious conduct.
In addition, we have voluntarily implemented a workplace safety management system, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 standard, in order to ensure the health and safety of its employees and collaborators.
History and composition of the supervisory body
With the entry in the International Fund VAM Investments and Adon Capital, we decided to expand the Supervisory Body, favoring the transition from monocratic to collegial, to better ensure the monitoring of business activities and to control the application of the procedures that govern the correct, careful and legitimate management of the activities of each office.
The composition of the supervisory body shall be as follows:
- Mrs. Chiara Fiacchi (President)
- Mrs. Alessandra Martuscelli (External member)
- Mr. Raffaele Hung (Internal Member).
